We have a no-return policy, as all items are made to order for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We are not responsible for damages caused to the product caused during transit. All our items are sensitive to temperature variations, thus we advise you to have it collected from our pick-up location if you can. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your concern, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (partially or fully) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds take between 5-7 business working days to be processed. 

Cancellations

If you are canceling your order before you have received it, please note that we may not be able to offer a full refund as all orders are prepared on an order basis system. You may ask to cancel your order to avail a full refund a minimum of 24 hours before the expected time of receipt.
