Pick-ups

If you opt for a pick-up (zero charge), the exact pick-up location will be sent to you via WhatsApp.Your order will be prepared as per the date and time of preferences selected on out website. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9818900005) so we can make adjustments accordingly. If there are any conflicts with your order date and time of pick up, we will contact you. 

Deliveries

All packages are delivered with utmost care and safety. 

Please note that you can choose for a "Pick Up" (Free) or a "Delivery".

Care during transit

All products are handled with care.

Although handled with utmost care, our Cakes are sensitive during transportation. 

How and When Will We Deliver

All packages are delivered individually by hand from our location to yours on the specified selected delivery date. 

All orders placed via our website before 1 pm can be delivered the same day across Delhi/NCR, subject to availability and product category. 

All orders placed before 8 pm can be delivered the next day subject to availability and product category. 

The minimum time for delivery is 2 hours based on your order, subject to product type and availability. 

The maximum time for delivery is up to 48 hours based on your order, subject to product type and availability. 

You can select an expected time slot, and we will try our best to deliver within the selected time frame. Please note that all orders are freshly prepared and while we try our best to deliver within your selected frame of time, there can be delays on some days. We expect cooperation in such an exceptional case and advise you to select a pick-up if your order is time-sensitive. 

Sending to Someone Else?

If you are ordering for someone else, please mention the receiver's name and contact details. You are advised to type a message on the Cart page for the receiver with a note/ message/ your name/ sender's name.
